About Meridional Events
Meridional Events was created to offer international companies a more thoughtful and hands-on way to manage corporate events in Spain.
From the beginning, our focus has been clear: combining local destination knowledge with structured planning, reliable supplier coordination and close on-site management. We work with companies that need more than destination ideas. They need a local partner who can help them build, coordinate and deliver the full programme with clarity and control.
Today, we manage corporate events, incentive travel programmes, meetings, conferences and company retreats across selected Spanish destinations, with particular strength in Málaga, Valencia and other Mediterranean locations.

Rubén leads the operational side of Meridional Events, bringing an engineering mindset to the planning and delivery of corporate programmes in Spain.
His background in Civil Engineering and international work experience in the UK shaped the way he approaches events: with structure, risk anticipation, clear processes and attention to operational detail.
For clients, this means programmes are not only creative, but also realistic, well-sequenced and carefully coordinated. Accommodation, transport, venues, suppliers, activities and on-site timings are treated as connected parts of the same operation, not as isolated services.

Though a kitten at heart, Pepe is wise beyond his nine lives, fluent in both “meow-nologue” and human chatter. Before this, he was a tag-playing furball, chasing anything that moved.
